what a memorable day for me..
haha..
this was my very first time to cook a whole meal at 25 taman waja by MYSELF..
started from buying the material..
until finished preparing all the dishes..
including rice..
but the work of washing plates was done by my ex-roomates and current roomates..
thanks ya..
hehe..
i cooked four dishes..
which were all very simple dishes..
1. sweet and sour fish (main dish)
2.japanese taufu (directly translated from hokien)
3.long bean
4.steamed egg (errr...not quite successful again..)
ermmm..
about the comment..
i think should be expressed by those who had tasted..
it's not so good if i say it myself here..
hehe..

firstly...sorry for nt yet transferring those photos..and also 4 nt able to help around in the kitchen..sorry ya..
then..the dishes...ermmm...all of them taste nice actually..love the fish and tofu most...btw..the steamed egg wasn't tat bad la..gt improvement fr the previous one leh..
